These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to our website, mobile experiences, and on-property services, including rooms, dining, spa, ski programming, and casino hotel offerings at Nova Luxe. By browsing this site, submitting forms, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Reservations, rates, and payment

All rates are quoted in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Published rates exclude applicable taxes, resort fees, and service charges unless expressly bundled. A valid credit card or approved company account may be required to guarantee reservations. We may pre-authorize funds in line with card network rules.

Group, corporate, and casino host packages may include supplemental agreements that supersede conflicting sections of these Terms solely for the contracted event.

2. Changes, cancellations, and no-shows

Cancellation windows vary by rate plan, season, and channel. Unless a promotion states otherwise, cancellations received after the published deadline may incur a penalty up to the full stay amount. No-shows forfeit any deposit or advance payment captured at booking.

Force majeure events—including severe weather, utility failures, labor disputes, or government orders—may require itinerary changes. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to offer alternate dates or credits, but we are not liable for consequential damages arising from such events.

3. Guest conduct and safety

Guests must comply with property rules, signage, and staff instructions. Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal activity, or tampering with safety systems may result in removal without refund. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially near ski lifts, pools, and the casino hotel floor where age restrictions apply.

4. Casino hotel participation

Gaming is restricted to individuals who meet the minimum legal age and present acceptable identification. Nova Luxe promotes responsible play and may exclude individuals who demonstrate distress or impairment. House rules for each game are posted at tables and machines; disputes are resolved according to regulatory procedures applicable in our jurisdiction.

Nothing on this website constitutes gambling advice or an offer where prohibited. Visitors are responsible for complying with laws in their home jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, photography, copy, data compilations, and software on novaluxehotel.com belong to Nova Luxe or licensed partners. You may not copy, scrape, frame, or misrepresent our brand without written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial sharing that preserves attribution links is permitted.

6. Digital communications

By submitting email addresses or phone numbers, you consent to transactional messages regarding reservations you initiate. Marketing communications require separate consent where required by law and include unsubscribe mechanisms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Luxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or stays. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or a stay is limited to the amounts you paid us for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

8. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes shall lie in courts located in Delaware unless applicable gaming regulations require a different forum.

9. Updates

We may revise these Terms to reflect regulatory, operational, or product changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
