2. How we use data
We process personal data to fulfill contracts (room stays, events), comply with legal obligations (gaming, tax, sanctions screening), protect vital interests, and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, analytics, service improvement, and personalized offers where permitted.
Marketing communications are sent only with consent or another lawful basis under applicable law. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
3. Cookies & similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to remember preferences, secure sessions, and measure performance. See our Cookie Policy for categories, retention, and controls.
4. Sharing & processors
We share data with payment processors, property-management platforms, email delivery vendors, analytics providers, professional advisors, and regulators when required. Contracts require processors to protect data and process it only on our instructions.
Certain casino hotel operations may require disclosure to gaming commissions, law enforcement, or self-regulatory bodies as mandated by statute.
5. International transfers
If data moves outside your country, we implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized by regulators.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including statutory retention periods for financial and gaming records. Marketing data is refreshed or deleted on a regular cadence.
7. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical controls—including encryption in transit, access logging, and staff training—to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected incidents promptly.
8. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Nevada, California, Colorado, Virginia, and other U.S. residents may have additional rights described in supplemental notices available upon request.

We will post changes to this policy with a new effective date. Material changes may require renewed consent where applicable.
