Nova Luxe is committed to providing an inclusive experience for every guest—on the mountain, in our spa, across dining rooms, on the casino hotel floor, and through novaluxehotel.com.
Web accessibility
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines. Our templates use semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable components, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, and visible focus states.
We test major templates with automated scanners and manual keyboard reviews prior to release. Third-party booking or payment embeds may behave differently; please alert us if you encounter barriers.
On-property access
Accessible routes connect arrival courts, elevators, guest rooms, restaurants, meeting spaces, and designated casino hotel viewing areas. Accessible guest rooms include roll-in showers, grab bars, visual alarms, and lowered switches upon request subject to availability.
Assistive listening devices are available for select events with advance notice. Service animals trained to perform tasks for guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
